We are investing in state-of-the-art equipment to ensure productivity, precision, and ultimately, a final product that guarantees precise and uniform cutting, enabling our customers to achieve the highest level of quality in their operations.

Our equipment features an auto-compensation system, controlled through high-quality inspection cameras. This innovation allows us to monitor and control the height and quality of the cutting edge with precision and automation, ensuring that each produced blade meets the most rigorous quality standards.

Diversity of Sizes and Formats

We have the capability to manufacture Skinner blades in various sizes and formats. Currently, we are producing widths of 20 x 1.0 mm and 22 x 0.70 mm, providing diverse options to meet the specific needs of the sector.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT LINE

Suitable for removing meat membranes, skinning fish and derinding pork. Available in 3 chamfer types: right, left, and no chamfer.
